How do I cancel an order on Lavishter.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order on Lavishter.com than please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can send email to us at support@lavishter.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
In case you want to cancel the order once its dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us on the same via email - support@lavishter.com.
Please Note: Cancellation of Rs.200 will be applied on any order which will be cancelled after dispatch. And personalized products/orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once the order is processed.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer hassle-free return and exchange for non-personalized products/orders. In case of return, the products needs to be returned to our warehouse within 10 working days of receiving the package.
Please Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging of the product is tempered or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to the accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Return is not applicable for bulk and corporate orders.
How will I get my refund?
If the order is prepaid then you will get your return within 7 working days via the same source which you used to pay for the order on our website.
Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product/package/box and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
